Russia systematically and cynically puts pressure on Ukraine because of its intention to establish a free trade zone with the European Union , said the leader of the parliamentary faction of the "hits" Vitali Klitschko at a special meeting of the European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs .
According to Boxer , Russia's actions are contrary to the existing bilateral and multilateral agreements , as well as norms and standards of the WTO , "Interfax" reports .
Vitali Klitschko has also accused the current leadership of Ukraine in impotence and inaction , and promised that the opposition parties will do everything for the European integration of Ukraine.

Earlier, Vladimir Putin said that the Customs Union will consider taking protective measures , if Ukraine chooses to liberalize customs regime with the EU , and Presidential Aide Sergei Glazyev reported that Russia may tighten customs procedures, if Ukraine will sign an association agreement with the EU.
